Rental Agreement

Thank you for choosing Sweet Sips! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for renting our cart. By booking with us, you’re securing a fun, flavorful experience for your event. Please review the details below, and you will be asked to sign to confirm your understanding. If you have any questions or special requests, we’re always happy to help.

  • We’ll provide everything agreed upon to keep the drinks flowing smoothly:

    • Margarita Machine

    • Mixes/Ingredients, Fix-ins (including, but not limited to, candy, fresh fruit, rim dips)

    • Cups, Straws, Cocktail Napkins

    • Add-ons (if applicable)

    • Deposit is due within 48 hours of booking

    • Final Payment is due 48 hours before your event

      • If payment is not received by then:

        • Your booking will be canceled

        • Your deposit will be forfeited

        • We will not be able to deliver your rental

    • We will send a friendly reminder the week of your event to help keep everything on track.

  • Our fun, recognizable branding helps us keep prices competitive, and bring the Sweet Sips experience to life.

    • Branding may appear on cups, machines, or signage

    • Prefer a no-branding setup? Let us know as soon as possible after booking

    • Branding removal must be approved in advance and may include a $40 fee

  • To keep your drinks perfectly frozen:

    • Each machine requires a standard 110-120V outlet

    • Outlet must be within 10 feet of the setup area

    • Generators or extension cords must be approved in advance

    Sweet Sips is not responsible for performance issues caused by insufficient or interrupted power. Refunds will not be issued for equipment malfunction caused by inadequate power.

  • We will arrive within the agreed delivery window and handle full setup

    • Please ensure the space is accessible, clear, and ready

    • Delays due to access issues or lack of alcohol on site (if applicable) may result in additional fees

  • Pickup will occur at the scheduled time listed on your invoice

    • Next-day pickup may be requested in advance (subject to availability)

    • If extended time is requested and approved, a $40 extended rental fee applies and must be paid within 10 minutes of approval

    • Additional fees may apply if equipment is not accessible at pickup time

    • Deposits are non-refundable

    • Location changes may require a travel fee if more than 10 miles from our business

    • Please communicate location changes as early as possible

    • Cancellation within 24 hours of the event may be charged up to the full rental amount

    • Sweet Sips reserves the right to cancel due to safety concerns, inaccessibility, non-payment, or unforeseen circumstances

  • If weather, emergencies, or other uncontrollable events affect your booking:

    • We will do our best to reschedule when possible

    • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Sweet Sips
